Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C
Freezer units at -18C.
Dairy mix for ice-cream stored in top hopper of machine was at 4C.
Internal hot holding temperature of hot foods were above 60C.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
3 compartment sink satisfactory and was setup. Sanitizing compartment was filled with at 200ppm quats solution.
Wiping rags stored in a 200ppm quats solution.
general sanitation is satisfactory
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground
No pest activity noted.
Time stamp system in place for cut burger toppings.
