Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths are stored in an empty container without any sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Always store wiping cloths inside a bucket with sanitizer in it as discussed. Change the solution regularly.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink in the back was being blocked by a lid and the front handsink was blocked by a grate.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT block handsinks at any time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff are wearing gloves and handling raw chicken and then using the same gloved hand to push the cart of chicken, open cooler door, etc.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, after handling raw chicken, REMOVE AND DISCARD GLOVES. Wash hands with soap and water. THEN, touch other surfaces like cooler doors, carts, etc.
