Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-C67UHS:

- The main handwashing station was not blocked, made easily accessible to staff.
- Food toppings stored inside the upright cooler.
- Washed vegetables were not stored in the shelving rack designed for air drying equipment and utensils.
- Frozen foods were being thawed in acceptable manners (ie. inside the cooler at 4C, in running water).
- General sanitation has improved. Areas noted in the previous inspection report cleaned.
