Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dipper wells for crepe spatula and gelato scoop both turned off - utensils sitting in stagnant water.
Corrective Action(s): Dipper wells in use are to be turned on to provide constant flushing of cold, clean water to maintain sanitary food utensils.
Staff sent utensils through dishwasher to be cleaned and sanitized. Dipper wells turned on to provide clean water supply for sanitary storage of food utensils in continuous use.
