Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -11 deg C. (constant open/close)
High temp dishwasher final rinse temp reached 74 deg C at plate surface.
Staff washroom clean and provided with soap and paper towels.
Back area organized and all items stored off the floor.
Line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for soups/chilli was at 71 - 73 deg C.
Hot holding for chicken strips, grilled chicken, eggs was above 64 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date (digital format - tablet).
No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place.
Washrooms provided with sanitary supplies and in sanitary condition.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
