Permit to operate was available behind the sink. NOTE: This should be posted in a location within public view.
Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsinks.
Coolers were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder.
Temperature records were being kept.
Freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Dishwasher final rinse was 71 degrees C or hotter (75.4 degrees C).
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser and the bucket with wiping cloths.
Ice machines were clean.
