Observation: Milk/cream dispenser by front cashier measured 8C at the time of inspection. Operator attempted to restart machine, but temperature did not drop by the end of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Milk/cream dispenser measured 4C this morning according to the food safety walkthrough. All milk/cream in the machine must be used within 4 hours of placing the milk/cream within the unit. Time stamp this process as is done with other foods in the kitchen.

Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- handwashing station by cashier is to be used exclusively for handwashing only
- ice machine kept in sanitary condition
- ice scoops stored outside respective bins
- utensils and containers cleaned every four hours
- no obvious signs of pests at the time of inspection
- general sanitation is satisfactory

Note: Restaurant is proposing the removal of their commercial dishwasher that was installed for the Create Your Taste promotion (now no longer offered). Please forward a plan of action regarding the dishwasher to the undersigned prior to removal.

-sanitizers in buckets measured 100 ppm chlorine; wiping cloths stored within
