Inspection following ownership and food service change from previous business. Prior to issuance of Permit to Operate the following items require correction; -repair 2 compartment sink faucet -paint decorative wood wall baskets, remove open plant pots and counter wood display -revise food safety plan to reflect cooking, cooling procedures for Tazo and Sago food items. handwashing facilities maintained 2 door freezer (new) -14 deg. C. Coke cooler -5 deg. C, mini cooler 3 deg. C prep cooler (new) 1 deg. C cheque #015 for $75.00 permit fee collected.
