- Quat-based sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in labelled spray bottles for sanitizing food-contact surfaces. - Ice machine, can opener, and wall-mounted vegetable slicer were noted to be clean at time of inspection. - Ventilation canopy filters, deep fryers, and floors in surrounding area have been cleaned and sanitized. - Prep cooler next to deep fryer was measured at 3.8C. Cooler was equipped with an accurate thermometer. You may store potentially hazardous food items in this cooler again, however please ensure to monitor the cooler's temperature with the thermometer placed inside. Thank you.
