***Cooler appeared to be undergoing defrost cycle for the entire duration of the inspection. Temperature display was showing 51F, however all items inside the cooler were being maintained at 4C or colder. Follow-up inspection must occur in Operators presence to verify the temperature for walk-in cooler.
