Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (display, four undercounter coolers in the front, one upright cooler in the back) < or = to 4C
- All freezers (two upright in the back) < or = to -18C
- All refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers.
- Daily temperature logs available on site and kept up to date. No issues noted.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 75.9C at the plate's level after the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer was available in bucket with presoaked wiping cloth at 200 ppm Quat. Changed every 2 hours.
- Milk steamer wand sanitized after each use with 200 ppm Quat sanitizer.
- Dry storage area has adequate space/wire racks. All items are at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity. A pest control company is hired to implement pest control plan.
- FOODSAFE equivalent trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
