Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Few of the sanitizer buckets measured less than 200ppm QUATS sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to replace the sanitizer solution once the solution gets dirty and more frequently during heavy usage.

Observation: - Walk-in freezer: Ice build up noted on the floor and dripping occurring from the fan piping.
Corrective Action(s): Operator states service was just done today to remove ice build up. New set of curtains installed on the door to prevent hot air entering into the freezer and creating condensation. Further remove the ice build up on floor to prevent slipping. Keep monitoring for dripping around the pipes and repair it again if the issue seems to be not resolved.
