Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Equipment/food contact surfaces being stored with food debris.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, "ALL" food contact surfaces must be washed and disaffected after use. All items must be protected from contamination during storage.

Corrective Action(s): All food/ingredients are to be stored in covered, food grade containers. No double stacking of storage containers is permitted when saran wrap is being used to cover containers.

Observation: Large accumulation of ants noted - rear prep sink/upright freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Pest control company is required to provide corrective action. Documentation required.

Comments

Reinspection based on previous inspection report.

- Sanitation: Cleanliness of facility has improved dramatically. Increased effort is still required to clean around grill/cook areas and all touch - contact surfaes. (ie: door handles, switches, etc)
- Equipment: Damaged/deteriorating surfaces/implements have been removed. Continue efforts to upgrade equipment - utensils, pots, etc. All items used in this facility are to be in good repair. Any deteriorating items are to be removed from service asap.
- Structurally: Ongoing. Deteriorating surfaces noted. An effort is required to upgrade surfaces. (ie: Must be kept smooth, tight and impervious to moisture.)
