=Central handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water =Walk-in cooler (4C), prep cooler (4C), and mini pepsi cooler (0C) measured < 4C, walk-in freezer measured -25C =Pizzas are time tracked with an expiry time 90 minutes after coming out of oven, however it was noted that fresh pizzas out of the oven were noted to expire in 2 hours. This is not following the pizza holding time policy as per Fresh Slice Corporate Food Safety Plan. Ensure that all time tracking is following 90 minute time limit. =3 compartment sink available, operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method =Wiping cloths stored in QUATS sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS and available in spray bottles =General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection =General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection.
