Observation: Bottle containing the chlorine sanitizer spray is not labelled. Ant pesticide is on the floor of the dishwashing room.
Corrective Action(s): Label all chemical bottles to accurately show contents. Ant spray was moved to back storage room. Licenced pest control is contracted on a monthly basis.

Coolers (walk in, both line coolers, server cooler) are all at 4 C or colder.
*** Blanched fries, cooked onions (not stored in oil) to be brought from cooler or made fresh every 2 hours.
*** Fish batter to be made fresh regularly. Store on ice or keep in fridge or use within 2 hours.
Hollandais sauce: Reviewed procedures. This is made every 2 hours- good. BCCDC recommends a liquid pasteurized egg be used for recipes where raw egg ingredients are not cooked.
All potentially hazardous foods are to be kept cold (4 C) or discarded after 2 hours.
Soup cooking - >74 C - good.
Tags for shellfish to be kept for 90 days.
No mechanically tenderized meat other than hamburger or bison burger.
Hand washing stations (kitchen and bar) have liquid soap and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer is available for use on food contact surfaces and counters.
Commercial dishwasher has a chlorine final sanitizing rinse.
Frame around the walk in cooler has been painted. Keep this maintained in good condition.
