Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # AKAO-AY7Q3U of Apr-26-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher registered no chlorine residual during final sanitizing rinse. Correction: Repair or adjust the dishwaher so that it dispenses at least 50 ppm chlorine at the plate surface during final rinse. Alternately, you may want to switch to high temperature mode and ensure the booster heats up the water to at least 82 degrees C during final rinse cycle (Immediatley). In the mean time, all dishes and utensils must be sanitizer manually by soaking in 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution. Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 256426 of Jun-23-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher is not dispensing sanitizer (no chlorine) Operator completed dishwashing and lunch service for the day. Dishwasher sanitizer measured 50ppm at the plate surface. Thank you. Operator also replaced all lights above dish storage and food prep with plastic LED lights that are less capable of shatter, thank you. No further f/u required.
