Observation: QUATS sanitizer in bucket measured to be <100ppm at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Contact technician to recalibrate dispenser immediately.
2. Verify sanitizer concentrations measure 200-400ppm with test strips when mixing fresh sanitizer.
3. Replace sanitizer more frequently.
