Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. The walk-in freezer in the back was at -18 C. Starbucks has two shelves in this freezer. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The Quats sanitizer solution was measured at 200 ppm. Temperature records were up to date. The operator is certified with a FoodSafe equivalent course. No evidence of pests, traps were in place. General sanitation was satisfactory.
