Renovation has been completed as per plan submitted. No structural changes. Mostly re-arranging equipment and adding new equipment. Flooring in the front service area has been re-done as well as back splashing. Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in freezer was at -22 deg C. Prep line cooler was at 4-6 deg C. No food in the coolers at this time. Dishwasher reached 76 deg C at plate surface. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Storage area has not been increased so ensure items not required for the business are removed from the premises. Temp. log available - no temp. recording during renovations (equipment emptied and not operational). Staff - cleaning all equipment and washing all containers and wares prior to opening. Item to address: 1. Ensure to re-post health permit on the wall in a conspicuous location prior to re-opening. Approval to re-open granted. Premises scheduled to re-open on September 4, 2018.
