Observation: Bleach water in spray bottle and wiping cloth container had a Chlorine residual of less than 10 PPM.
Lysol chemical found being stored in an unlabelled bottle.
Bleach water and soap found being stored in a used glass cleaner bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Do not mix bleach with soap. It is a two part method. Wash with soapy water, rinse and then sanitize surfaces and equipment with 100 PM bleachwater. Allow to air dry. 100 PPM Chlorine residual is 1 capful household bleach to every 4 litres of water.
Ensure chemicals are stored in labelled bottles. Do not mix chemicals.

Comments

Ensure that there is someone onsite with valid foodsafe certification at all times.
Ensure raw meats are stored on the bottom shelf of freezer. This was corrected during inspection.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 71 degrees C. at the plate surface.
All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
Main freezer is broken and not in use. All foods had been transferred to smaller freezer until it can be repaired.
Small freezer is -18 degrees C.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Paper towel dispenser is in need of repair.
Soups are all 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
