Observation: Internal temperature of pizza toppings ( pepperoni, salami and other) and cheese registered 7-9 degrees C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Adjsut or replace the pizza preparation cooler so that all food products are displayed at 4 C or below at all times. Yoy may supplement the refrigeration with ice pack underneath the toppings container.( immediately).

within a couple of hours.
