Observation: Follow up to confirm that prep fridge was just on a defrost cycle from earlier. Foods were probed in fridge and found to be 7-8 degrees with no change from earlier.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust or repair unit so that all foods are maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Staff member adjusted temperature during inspection. Monitor closely to ensure that it is corrected and that it does not freeze.
