Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A) Did not detect any sanitizer in the glass washer. Bartender changed sanitizer bottle and took apart the glass washer at time of inspection. Glass washer was sanitizing after it was reassembled and the sanitizer bottle was changed.
B) Noted reusable wiping cloths stored on counter being use with sanitizer in spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): A) Obtain test strips and ensure glass washer is checked regularly throughout the day (ie. minimum twice a day is recommended)
B) Keep reusable cloths stored in sanitizer solution to prevent microbial growth on cloths, otherwise, use single use paper towel to wipe.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted cleaning equipment stored in hand sink at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand wash station is unobstructed at all times.

Observation: A) Noted two insert lids stored in ice intended for consumption.
B) Noted drink topping stored in inserts over the ice well. Ice well was full enough that the ice was in contact with the bottom of the inserts.
Corrective Action(s): A) Do not the insert lids in ice.
B) Do not fill ice well to the point that the ice is in contact with the bottom of the inserts - there should be adequate space.

- Coolers in bar area 4C or less.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Scoop for ice is stored in a designated container that is placed in the ice to keep the scoop upright and not in contact with the ice. The container is put through the dishwasher at the end of each night with the scoop and returned to/only used in the ice well.
