Follow up inspection conducted to verify that violations observed at routine inspection (15-Nov-2022) were corrected: - Cleaning has been completed to remove food debris, grime, and minor amount of rodent droppings from floor - Floor area under dry storage shelving is now clear of miscellaneous items/debris - Wall between walk-in freezer and dry storage room/area has been repaired and re-painted. Finish is now in good repair and washable. - Manager provided pest control service reports for Oct and Nov. Bait boxes were removed from premises and replaced with glue boards.
