QUATS sanitizer is used for table surfaces, measured around 200ppm during inspection. Iodine is no longer used in dishwasher. Chlorine is now in dishwasher, about 50ppm measured at time of inspection Hand sink is equipped with hot/cold water, disposable paper towel and soap No evidence of pests around bar area General sanitation satisfactory
