Follow up inspection conducted to routine & follow up inspections (report #TGIL-CGARZE & #TGIL-CJPR6V) Findings: - Operator has replaced the flooring of walk-in freezer to smooth, impervious & easy to clean material. Good. - Loose wires and gaps on ceiling have been sealed off. - Operator re-organized the shelving units in freezer which would facilitate regular cleaning. - All food products stored in freezer were off the floor and covered. CORRECTION ORDER issued on September 28, 2022 has been rescinded. Note - It is recommended to add another shelving unit in freezer along the wall to increase the storage area (in future).
