Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 3
308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Commercial dishwasher has been broken and has been identified since last routine inspection in 2023. Operator, over the phone, indicated technician is waiting for a part.
Corrective Action(s): This has been ongoing for almost a year. All equipment in facility must be in good working order. Correction and option have been indicated on follow-up inspection dated May 08, 2023.
1. Provide receipt from technician on what has been done so far.
2. Considering this violation has been ongoing for almost a year, even though there is 3-compartment sink in place, failure to comply may result in further enforcement action.
3. Operator must communicate with the undersigned on progress.
Violation Score: 3

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: In the original approved floor plan the room next to mop sink is a staff washroom, as a handwashing sink can be seen when door is opened. Full access to the room is not possible as operator has placed many unused items in washroom.
Corrective Action(s): This has been identified on follow-up inspeciton dated May 08, 2023.
No objection to remove fixtures and use the area as additional storage room. However, no items should be placed in room when washroom fixtures (ie. toilet, and sink) are still in the room.
Violation Score: 1

312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
Observation: Area by back door is filled with items not required for this business operation, including two towers of boxes of invoices or adminstrative items. This is taking up space for products actually required for this operation, namely more space to store clean dishes.
Corrective Action(s): Remove ALL boxes not required for this business. Administrative items can be stored in office and office only.
Violation Score: 1

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
