-Follow-up inspection to Closure Order issued October 12, 2021 regarding lack of hot water in the facility. -Hot water tank has been replaced. Hot water was at 57C at the faucet. -Staff were in the process of washing and sanitizing all utensils, dishware, and equipment in the facility. -Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order issued October 12, 2021 have been met. Facility may reopen for service. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
