Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection bleach sanitizer solutuion in spray bottle well over 200ppm in concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is prepared and available for use. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Sliding glass door cooler at 4 degrees C.
Small freezer in front area at -20 degrees C.
Operator has taken a FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent course with an expiry of March 20, 2025.

Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers. Have records available for review at all times.
