Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
Food services are limited to donuts, bagels, and cookies
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
All cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Freezer units at -18C.
No hot holding of food products.
3 compartment sink satisfactory. Sink plugs available and quats dispenser was at 200ppm. Quats test strips available.
General sanitation was good.
No pest activity noted.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
