Routine inspection: Back hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Front hand sinks both provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink. 200ppm quats available for use in containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. Dishwasher registers 78 degrees C. at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Pest control services in place. No evidence of pests at the time of inspection. Single door freezer at -15 degrees C. 2 door freezer at -12 degrees C. 2 door cooler at 2-4 degrees C. Front under the counter cooler with breakfast sandwiches at or below 4 degrees C. Under the counter coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
