Note: Liquid soap was re-stocked in the ladies washroom since it was running a bit low in the dispenser.
Owner/Operator had a FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course certificate valid until January 21, 2024. It was discussed that in their absence, at least one staff member must have valid (unexpired) FOODSAFE Level 1/equivalent course certificate. |
