Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 100 ppm QUATS sanitizer was present in the spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Owner/Operator replaced the sanitizer with 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer from the dispenser during the inspection. QUATS test strips were available on-site. Please monitor the concentration of the sanitizer at least on a daily basis and make sure there is 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer in the spray bottle (as per manufacturer's intructions).

Front service area:
Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Sandwich coolers and under-the-counter cooler were at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Drinks cooler (with chocolate milk inside it) was at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Hot-held food (meatballs and soup) were at or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F).

Back area:
3-compartment sink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser at the 3-compartment sink.
Walk-in-freezer temperature was at or below -18 degrees C (0 degrees F).
Walk-in-cooler temperature was at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
A probe thermometer was available.

Washrooms:
Handsinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Note: Liquid soap was re-stocked in the ladies washroom since it was running a bit low in the dispenser.

Owner/Operator had a FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course certificate valid until January 21, 2024. It was discussed that in their absence, at least one staff member must have valid (unexpired) FOODSAFE Level 1/equivalent course certificate.
