Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 252971 of Nov-14-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Observed "caked-on" dough debres outside the mixer. Observed oily, dusty knife storage by the dishwasher area. Correction: Clean and sanitize the equipment. To be corrected within one week.

The facility was closed, reopening at 11am November 23, 2023 - follow up and the following violation has been corrected: - violation 302 - the facility prep area / knife holders are cleaned and sanitized - violation 308 - soap dispenser has been ordered by it is came as wrong one. They are using 3 other hand wash stations available through out the facility. For now, they will just use the single liquid soap dispenser until the new wall mounted dispenser arrived. - quat's red buckets are set up
