Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. Staff observed to hand wash properly at the time of inspection.
- Sanitized QUAT 200-400 ppm available. Clean cloths stored in QUAT solution in sani- buckets, labeled properly and clean/dirty cloths separation observed.
- Test strips noted for chemicals being used.
- 3- compartment sink maintained. Wash temperature reached and 50-100 ppm chlorine detected in dish washer final rinse. Test strip available.

Temperature control:
- Food in walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C. Thermometer noted. Food in walk-in freezer measured at or below -18C.
- All other coolers measured at or below 4C.
- Hot holding for burgers, cooked meat and cooked chicken measured at or above 60C

Ice machines maintained and ice scoops stored in a sanitary condition.
Soft drinks dispenser clean and
General sanitation is overall good
- Floor observed to be clean and maintained. Dry storage clean.
- Garbage area maintained. Recommended frequent cleaning under the big containers. No water pooling observed at this date. Bins observed to store with their lids closed. No sign of rats or mice activity in garbage area.
- Pest control managed by a pest control company. Traps noted around the perimeters of the building.
- Staff washroom maintained and supplied. Customer washrooms maintained.
- Mop sink and mop buckets available and maintained.
