Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in the spray bottle = 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s):
Refill the spray bottle with fresh QUATs sanitizer that has a concentration of 200 ppm for adequate sanitation.

Observation:
Letter for permit decal from Fraser Health is posted, however the proper Fraser Health Permit to Operate is not posted. This was also discussed in the previous routine inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
If the Permit to Operate cannot be found, fill out and submit the form and applicable fee for the Health Operating Permit Replacement. The Health Inspector provided this form at the time of inspection. Ensure the proper Permit to Operate is posted within 2 months.

Routine Inspection:

Front:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers (under-counter, top inserts for sandwich prep) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 F).
Hot holding units (for meatballls and rice) maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 F).
- Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in bucket = 200 ppm. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer solution - good.

Back:
- Hand washing station (at 3-compartment sink) fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Temperature of walk-in cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius (40 F).
- Temperature of walk-in freezer satisfactory.
- 3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing.
- Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.

Overall:
- Cooler, freezer, dry and equipment storage well maintained and organized.
- All foods covered and protected from contamination.
- Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Prepared foods are properly dated.
- General cleanliness and maintenance good at the time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
