Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw eggs and vegetable stored in prep cooler measured to be at 13.4C. Operator reports food products were delivered to premises at 12 (within 2 hours of inspection).
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated raw eggs and vegetables at the time of inspection. Ensure to monitor cooler on a routine basis.

2) Ensure food is store at least 6 inches from floor level to prevent potential pest attraction and to facilitate in proper cleaning
3) Ensure to cover foods in coolers and Walk in Freezer.
4) Ensure raw protein items are stored on bottom rack to prevent potential cross contamination.

3) DO NOT USE THE PREP COOLER until it has been serviced and an EHO has checked the temperature.

- Staff on site FoodSafe level 1 equivalent certified
- Ice bin and ice scoop maintained in a clean and sanitary manner

- Temperature logs not maintained. Ensure to maintain and update DAILY.
