Observation: 1. Several light fixtures in the kitchen are still not working.
2. Floor surrounding and under the dishwasher area is water damaged.
3. The stainless steel counter on the right of the dishwasher is still not in a condition that makes it easy to clean.

Corrective Action(s): These violations were previously noted in the June 12, 2017 routine inspection report. Corrective action to address these violations are outstanding.

All light fixtures must be in good operating condition to provide adequate lighting in food preparation areas and to assist in regular cleaning. Flooring under and around the dishwasher needs to be repaired to make it smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. The stainless steel counter must be repaired/replaced to make it smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean; and must prevent water from dripping onto the floor beneath causing water damage.

Operator agreed to correct all of the above violations by November 24, 2017.
