Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection: Food services are limited to donuts, bagels, and cookies Hand washing stations satisfactory. All cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometer. Freezer units at -18C. No hot holding of food products. Temperature logs maintained daily. 3 compartment sink satisfactory. Sink plugs available and quats dispenser was at 200ppm. Quats test strips available. General sanitation was good. No pest activity noted. Reviewed pest report for Dec 2017 and no pest activity was noted. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
