Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - C66QYY:

Walk in cooler at 3-4 degrees C.
Glass door cooler in back area turned on and available for use. Ambient air temperature at 4 degrees C.
200ppm quats sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. Test strips available for use.
Back area hand sink hot water tap serviced. Hot and cold running water available for use.
Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored outside of dry products.
Thorough cleaning done.
Cardboard no longer used to line the floor in the kitchen and back food preparation area.
Dishwasher serviced. Minimal water observed leaking during wash cycle.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Operator to send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.

Reminder: staff must wash hands after properly and at an adequate frequency.

Monitor and record temperatures of all coolers, freezers, hot holding, and final rinse temperature of high temperature dishwasher. Have records available for review at all times.
