Observation: Dishwasher rinse cycle does not reach 72 degree at the dish surface. Dishwasher rinse temperature was 76 degree C as per the records provided.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitize dishes manually with 100-200 ppm Cl solution. Follow the sign posted. Contact the service technician and service the dishwasher. Contact Fraser Health for reinspection.
