-General sanitation of food premises was satisfactory. Some attention needed in hard to reach areas (under and between equipment) to ensure food debris and dirt does not begin to accumulate.
-Handwashing sinks in food service area and staff washroom were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Ensure items (cleaning supplies etc.) are never stored/stacked in front of handsink in washroom (even at time of delivery). Handsink must always be accessible/available for use.
-All coolers were 4C or colder. Thermometers were present. Temperatures are being monitored.
-Freezers were functioning.
-Quats sanitizer (200ppm) available from dispenser at dishwashing sink.
-Wiping cloths for espresso machine wands and for counters/tables are stored in separate containers of quats sanitizer solution. Concentration of each was 200ppm)
-High temperature dishwasher met required sanitizing temperature. Final rinse was 75.9C at dish surface (measured with min/max thermometer)
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control report from Aug. 13/17 shown at the time of the inspection.
