Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report #KLAI-CCYS7S
Sauces in the hot hold units were > 60C at the time of inspection.
The number of flies on the premises has drastically decreased. Only noticed a few during the inspection around the syrup soda fountain boxes area. Please continue to implement the pest control methods being used to decrease and eventually eliminate the fly issue at the facility.
Back of the order screen and cords above the sauces hot hold units were noted in sanitary condition.
T-bar and ceiling in various areas of the back of house noted in excellent sanitary condition - thank you for all your effort in cleaning these areas.

Note: Still noted some food stored uncovered in the reach-in freezer and 4-door reach-in coolers along the cook line. Ensure at the end of the day, any food products stored in these units are protected with a lid/ plastic wrap to avoid any potential cross-contamination.

Thank you for all your effort in correcting all the noted violations.
