Low-temperature dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level upon final rinse cycle
Coolers operating at </= 4C; freezers at </= -18C
Some foods offered for sale: ice cream, sandwiches, quesadillas (made to order), tea. Food storage OK - all 6" off the ground and protected from contamination.
Hookah have single-use disposable mouth pieces. Only non-tobacco molasses used.
Charcoal-making area has ventilation hood and is separate from tea-making area
General sanitation is good
No signs of pests observed
