Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer not available during inspection.
*corrected during inspection* Staff mixed sanitizer solution on request after delay (could not locate bleach). Ensure unscented household bleach (5.25%) is available in facility at all times to mix 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution. Have available in multiple locations (small bucket with rag) throughout facility (kitchen, front end, prep area) to ensure staff is properly equipped to clean and sanitize their work stations.

Mixture ratio to get 100ppm is: 1/2 tsp bleach / 1L water.
