Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher - no sanitizer in final rinse
Correction: Repair/adjust so that at least 50ppm chlorine in final rinse by July 24, 2023. In the meantime use "3rd compartment" method to sanitize dishware. In cleaned and sanitized sink - soak clean dishware in bleach solution (100ppm), hot water for 2 minutes - allow to air dry.
