Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Water temperature measured at 18.6C max at the hand sink. Water did not get warmer after letting it run for few minutes.
-Staff adjusted the mixing valve and temperature achieved 44C

All cooling units at or below 4C
All freezer units at or below -18C
High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at second run.
-Ensure dishwasher is ran once before fully operating.
Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels
Washroom supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle measured >200 ppm. Solution replaced with 1/2 tsp bleach to full spray bottle of water to make 200 ppm solution.
Minor food scraps observed underneath storage racks.
-Ensure floors are cleaned on regular basis

Facility well maintained in general.

Ensure food safety plan is updated for any new food items prepared on site. ex. edible cookie dough.
