Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods can only be stored in unit for 4 hours cumulative maximum. Products stored in this unit for longer than 4 hours are to be discarded as per food safety plan.

Contact technician to have unit serviced. Once serviced and unit can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less, contact district inspector.

It is recommended to store small amounts of product necessary to reduce food waste.
