Corrective Action(s): Remove screws and mount a bracket to allow for proper cleaning of cuttingboard and area under the cutting board. Food debris can get under cutting board and harbour under and around the screws.

Sanitizer measured 100 PPM chlorine residual.
Liquid soap and paper towel available at sinks.
Soup was 68 degrees Celsius.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 72 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
More lighting along coffee bar is recommended to allow for proper cleaning.
