401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front kitchen handwash station cold water tap was not functioning at the time of inspection and back kitchen handwash station hot water tap was not functioning at the time of inspection. Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels at all times. Washers were replaced at the time of inspection. Violation Score: 15

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Facility was found to have 7 cockroaches on a sticky board, 1 dead rodent in a tin cat, and a significant amount of drain flies. Corrective Action(s): Facility must be serviced by a professional pest control operator to eliminate the pest infestation. Provide invoice for services performed. Public Health Act Closure Order Issued for pest infestation. Violation Score: 15 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Rodent droppings in the bar area have not been cleaned. Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 22, 2017. -Cleaning has been carried out in the bar freezer. -Front service area handwash station has been serviced and is no longer leaking water. -Some cleaning has been carried out in the walk-in cooler. Ensure cooler is kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. -Walk-in cooler door handle has been repaired and self-closing latch has been removed. -Chemicals were properly labelled at the time of inspection. -Door seals have not been repaired. -Public Health Act Closure Order have been issued for pest infestation. Facility is to remain closed until all conditions of the Order has been met and the Order has been rescinded. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
