Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tomatoes cut 2 hours ago observed to be at 12C on top of the prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Tomatoes were relocated into pizza cooler at the time of inspection. Ensure to cover prep cooler inserts when not in use to ensure temperature stays below 4 at all times.
